Please allow 7-10 working days for your delivery of your glasses. We aim to deliver your glasses within 10 days of placing the order.
However each pair of glasses is individually made to your prescription and therefore complex prescriptions (e.g. varifocals, tints and coatings) and can take up to 14 days. There may also be a delay if our opticians need to contact you about your order.

Our standard delivery to anywhere in Nairobi is free (Tracked) and kenya shillings 300 Countrywide. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Currently we do not offer delivery outside Kenya. Please keep a close eye as we will offer this service in the near future.
Our packaging and logistics department ensure that all our glasses are carefully packaged. We assure our customers that our glasses and contact lenses cannot be damaged during transportation. We want you to receive your glasses quickly and in perfect condition, so in the unlikely event that there is a fault please contact us and we will aim to resolve this. Please include as many details as possible about the order so that we can sort this out for you quickly.
We will update your order status in your account area as soon as we have any information about your order from our Lab. We will send you an email when you order has been dispatched which will include your tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you can track its status through your account, Under ‘My Account’ and click on ‘My Orders’ using your login details.
